Dear CES friends and families:
Today marks the last day of the 2nd quarter of school. It's hard to believe that this school year is half way over and I'm so proud of the students and staff at CES for all their hard work, collaboration, and commitment to this small school with a big heart. Additionally, it has been wonderful to see all the family engagement, support, and participation with events in and around the school and community thus far this school year. We are looking forward to a great second half of the year with everyone!
As a reminder, we have a 2-hour early release today; students will be dismissed at 2:05pm. Thursday and Friday of this week will be student holidays.
We will see all of our Cougars back on Monday, January 30th for the first day of the 3rd quarter of school.

In support of the development of the FCPS strategic plan, there will be a community forum being hosted by FCPS School Board representative, Dr. Ricardy Anderson, on Thursday, Feb 2nd from 6:30-8:00pm at Mason Crest ES.
