Spring Hill ES Panther Press - A message from PTO

A Message from PTO

OSA REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

We are excited about the many wonderful offerings for our Winter and Spring Sessions of Outside School Activities (OSA's) that are NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION and would like to remind families of a few important details about the registration process.

There will be only ONE registration period for BOTH sessions. This means you may register and submit payment in January for a program that begins late January (Winter session) OR not begin until March (Spring session). Registration begins Friday, January 13th and closes on January 20th at 10pm. No registrations will be accepted after this time. We ask you to please carefully read our communication materials from our OSA team via The Scoop Newsletter, Thursday folder fliers, and any confirmation emails you receive during registration. Thursday folders will include a flier detailing our programs with a code for their corresponding session (W-Winter, S-Spring, WS - Winter and Spring)

Visit the OSA page on the PTO website for important policy details and a description of the lottery process for classes that reach capacity during registration. If you have any questions, please email springhillptoosa@gmail.com

Bids for Kids

The Spring Hill PTO invites you to join us for Bids for Kids: Spring Hill's 2023 Raffle & Online and Live Auction Fundraiser held online from January 29 through Friday, February 3, culminating with an in-person and adults-only event held at McLean Community Center at 6:30 pm on Saturday, February 4. You will want to experience the evening of philanthropy and fun, complete with a DJ, drinks, appetizers, and all the excitement of raffles, paddle raises, and live auction items! Ticket details will be sent out soon - keep an eye out for updates!

Volunteers are needed to keep the event smooth and auction paddles raised! If you are interested in joining the Raffle & Auction Committee and learning about what is needed, please email Anna at springhillptosecretary@gmail.com  In addition, if you or someone you know would like to support Spring Hill by donating Goods or Services to the live or silent auction event, we would greatly appreciate the support!

*The Raffle & Auction fundraiser is hosted by and benefits the Spring Hill PTO, a 501(c)3 non-profit. The funds raised support the Hillside PTO mission. Participation in this fundraiser is voluntary and is operated independently of the Fairfax County School Board, the Superintendent, and Spring Hill Elementary School.
