Amended PTA Budget

Our budget was amended due to the extra income we have made from fundraising (thanks to our wonderful community!).  Check out our website to see how we will use the money, to include allocating money for field trips, teacher reimbursements, and a reading initiative.  Please contact us at president@kpkgpta.org with any questions or concerns.

PTA Nominating Committee

Each year the PTA elects a Nominating Committee to put forth a slate of candidates for the PTA's next executive board.  The PTA plans to elect the nominating committee at our February 28 meeting.  Are you interested in serving on this committee?  Please contact PTA president, Charlotte Hannagan.  Similarly, please reach out to Charlotte if you have any interest in serving on the 2023-2024 PTA board.

Event Lead/Captain Sign-Up

Thanks to everyone that has volunteered their time already!  We are still looking for a couple people to volunteer for various positions for the 2022-23 school year, including a co-lead for our earth day event, leads for a science night, and a co-lead for our upcoming baskets bonanza, and also have positions for next school year that require advance planning.  Please consider stepping up to make these initiatives happen.  More information here.

Keep in Touch and Engage with the PTA

A great way to keep in touch with the PTA is to subscribe to our emails and/or join our Facebook group.  Being a PTA member has numerous benefits --  it's a great way to meet new friends and become more involved in your child's school and community.  Join on our website!  An updated PTA events calendar can be found here.  Our monthly newsletter is also a great resource to find out more about the PTA.  Interested in volunteering?  Fill out the form on this page to let us know how you can help!  Reach out to president@kpkgpta.org if you have any questions.
