CURRICULUM NIGHT
Academic Advising: Save the Date(s)
Academic Advising season is approaching, and we would like for students and parents to mark your calendars for the below listed events. The Academic Advising process educates and guides students on their options for courses for the next school year. Students select their classes via SIS, then meet with their counselors for final selection. Students and parents/guardians can gain insight into the Academic Advising process through a dedicated Student Services website which is live NOW.
Curriculum Night - Wednesday, January 11
On January 11th, 2023 at 6pm for Rising 9th graders, and 7pm for Rising 10th- 12th graders, students and parents/guardians are invited to attend West Springfield High School’s Curriculum Night. During this event you will have the opportunity to learn curriculum content and speak with teachers from each department.*
New Spartan Orientation - Friday, January 13
Friday, January 13th, Rising 9th graders from Irving Middle and Lake Braddock Middle will visit WSHS. The program will allow students to learn about different clubs, meet their counselor, and tour the school building, among other planned activities. We look forward to welcoming our future Spartans.
