Attendance Reminder:  Please contact us no later than 9:30 AM for absences, early release requests or late arrival information. In particular, for an early release, you can help us help you by giving us time to get an electronic pass to the teacher before class has begun; once instruction has started, a teacher may not see a pass request within the time frame you need your student to be released.

The easiest way to request an absence, early release or late arrival  is to send an email to EdisonAttendance@fcps.edu or use our attendance form here:  https://edisonhs.fcps.edu/EHS-Attendance. We still accept phone messages, but putting your request in writing is a more accurate and faster way for us to accommodate your request.

IB Alumni Reception

Calling IB alumni of the classes of 2021 and 2022! Please join us in the cafeteria on Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM to pick up your IB Certificates and/or IB Diploma. We would love to hear about your experiences after high school as we reminisce over some light refreshments.

Standards-based Grading Committee Survey

The SBG Committee of the PTSA has met several times, and are looking for parent feedback on the grading system. Please take a minute to respond to our survey and let us know your thoughts.
