We're Better Together
Dear Franklin Sherman Families,
We hope you and your families had a great Thanksgiving Break! Before we left on Tuesday, our first grade students held a special parade with the balloons they created. Look out Macy's, the Franklin Sherman parade was a fun and spirited celebration!
December 2nd is National Special Education Day and commemorates President Gerald Ford’s signing of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) in 1975. We celebrate our teachers and staff who serve and support our students with special needs! Next week, we will celebrate Inclusive Schools Week. The theme this year is "Unity Within Our Community." At Franklin Sherman, we strive to ensure we successfully educate all children.
Have a great week!
Kathy Quigley, Principal
