Updates from Herndon Middle School 11/15/2022

Bell Schedule Adjustment

Beginning on November 28, 2022 we will be adjusting our bell schedule in order to provide extra time to support students during advisory.  The additional time will allow students the opportunity to receive additional academic support from teachers, complete missing assignments or retake an assessment when needed.  The updated bell schedule will follow a true block format moving 3rd period to red days (periods 1,3,5,7) and 4th period to black days (2,4,6,8).  Information regarding the modified schedule will be shared with your child in 4th period on November 18, 2022.  Students will learn more about the adjusted bell schedule in Advisory on Friday, November 18th.
