MUES' Candy Collection has ended and the weight of each grade level bag of candy has been weighed. As a school community, we collected 373.4 pounds of candy. Here is the grade level breakdown:
3rd grade- 136 lbs
4th grade - 104.4 lbs
5th grade- 92 lbs
6th grade- 41 lbs
A big thank you to our SCA for spearheading this collection, Ms. Shah (MUES parent) who brought this idea to our SCA and transferred all of the candy to the dentist, and the MUES community for collecting all of this candy that will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House! Thank you for displaying a simple yet meaningful random act of kindness to children and families in need!

Mrs. Janofsky will host virtual Office Hours at the dates and times below to answer specific questions regarding the screening process.
Questions will be answered one at a time in a one on one format. Each parent/guardian will remain in the “waiting room” to respect student privacy.

FLL Mock Tournaments & Training
On Nov 4th, McNair PTA in collaboration with Robotic Advanced for Youth (RAY), organized the FLL Mock Tournament for the Robot game. All the participating FLL teams got an opportunity for 3 rounds for the Robot game. The Mock Tournament was a great learning experience for the FLL teams as it was a simulation of the FLL Tournament and the teams received a robot scoresheet for each round of the game.
