Message from the Principals

Powell families,

Thank you to our PTA for hosting the Glow Night last Friday! We had an incredible turnout and the students had a blast playing together and simply being kids! It was great to see our students and families enjoying one another in a low-key, relaxed way.

This morning our entire school enjoyed our Annual Kindergarten Character Day Parade! All of our students lined the sidewalk around the building and enjoyed cheering along the kindergarteners as they paraded in their costumes. It was a great school-wide event where everyone had smiles on their faces and happiness in their hearts! Thanks to the kindergarten teachers and instructional assistants for sharing this experience with all of our students and staff AND thanks to the kindergarten parents for supporting this event with such creative and fun book-themed costumes!

Best, Ms. Luerssen, Ms. Cho & Ms. Song
