HUDL

Thank you to the Lake Braddock Athletic Booster Club for providing the funding the Hudl platform for all of our sports teams and student-athletes. Hudl is an essential resource and allows teams to review and analyze videos using a web-based platform.  This platform also provides our student-athletes with opportunities to create highlight reels for recruiting purposes.

The Lake Braddock Athletic Training Program would like to give a special shoutout to the LB Athletic Boosters Club, as well as Bruin alum Joy Fulton and all of the donors who contributed to her GoFundMe last spring! With the funds raised, we are now able to purchase a new custom whirlpool table and taping station for the Athletic Training Room. We plan to refinish the old taping station and move it to the gymnasium for use during indoor sporting events, so nothing goes to waste! Without individuals like you, we would not be able to give our student-athletes the best possible care and resources. Thank you all for your continued support of the Athletic Training Program!

Donate old sneakers!

Calling all Sneakerheads!!! Got Sneakers?? We Need them! Join in supporting the Lake Braddock Track Team by donating your old sneakers for recycling! We have partnered with a non-profit called Got Sneakers, to collect used sneakers and make a global impact. Did you know at least 200 million sneakers find their way into US landfills every year? Let's make a difference together and clean out those closets to make room for new kicks!

To help, please place your sneakers (we are not accepting shoes or sandals only sneakers) for donation in a bag and drop them off in the box in the Student Activities Office. Write your name on the list of donors with the number of pairs of sneakers you dropped off and you will be entered to win a prize!

Lake Braddock Crew

The Lake Braddock Crew team is looking forward to seeing new and returning rowers for our Fall rowing sessions (known as Green Days) starting on September 19th, and ending on October 8th. This is a great opportunity to get on the water, experience how to row, and meet your new teammates! You can come for as many sessions as you can attend to learn what rowing is all about with no cost or obligation. Green Days will be held at Bull Run Marina on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (We are not having a Green Day on the 23rd as that is homecoming) from 4:00-6:00 P.M., and on Saturdays from 8:00-10:30 A.M.

Register for Green Days to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and select your t-shirt size.

All athletes will need physical and concussion training completed. It is absolutely essential that you submit your physicals to the Activities Office (LBSSActivities@fcps.edu) and register at https://lakebraddock-ar.rschooltoday.com/ so you can complete your concussion training. Also, on September 19th, or whenever your first day of participation is, Coaches will also need a copy of your emergency care form which can be printed from your student account.
