Athletic Boosters - Volunteers Needed
Our Athletic Boosters need your help!!! We squeaked by with a low number of super hard working volunteers last year. Our concessions stands need MORE VOLUNTEERS. We are back to full concession stand sales this season.. Our concessions stands are 100% volunteer run.
- All net profits of each event go to SUPPORT EVERY TEAM, not just the teams with concession stands at their events
- FCPS provides no budget to the athletic office.
- All funds are generated for athletic account come from ticket sales and booster donations - a majority of which comes from concession sales
- "It takes a village" to support an athletic program - PLEASE SIGN UP

Varsity Football @ Hayfield - Friday, October 7th
Message from Hayfield's Activities Office:
This is Hayfield's Homecoming Game, and we encourage everyone to purchase their tickets early to avoid long lines. Click on this link https://www.etix.com/ticket/v/15738 and purchase your tickets before the game. You must use the main entrance if you have prepaid tickets.
All middle school students need to be supervised by an adult while at the game and students must plan to have their rides waiting for them at 9:30 PM.
A large crowd is expected, so please plan on heading there early.
If you or your student plans to come, please take the time to discuss the relevant information below:
- No backpacks or other bags will be allowed in the stadium - Students and Adults
- No outside food or drinks are allowed. The concession stand will be open.
- The purpose for students who attend our varsity football games is to watch the game, cheerleaders, band and dance team.
- We cheer for Justice and not against our opponent. All cheers should be positive.
- The gates to the stadium will open at 6:00 pm.
- All students must pre-arrange for transportation and plan to leave immediately after the game.
- Students are expected to be in the stands and not hanging out by the concession stand, bathrooms or baseball field; all elementary-aged children must always be supervised by an adult.
- Anyone who leaves must pay to re-enter.
- Whistles, speakers and similar noisemakers are prohibited.
- Any behaviors that take away from this goal may result in being removed from the game and not being allowed to attend future games.

Electronic Ticketing!!
We are excited to once again offer E-Tickets this coming school year, to include all football, field hockey and volleyball games. This will allow for credit and cash purchases at the ticket table, as well as pre-purchasing options anytime the day of the event. Tickets can be pre-purchased HERE
Couple of Notes:
- Please work with us as we learn and master the ETIX program
- Consider coming a few minutes earlier to games as usual as we work through the kinks
- Bring cash as a back-up

Online Streaming now requires a paid subscription
Please note that for the last year and a half, Fairfax County Public Schools paid for a countywide subscription for all schools and their communities. Unfortunately, FCPS will no longer be paying these fee. All of our events that take place on our stadium field and in our gymnasium will continue to be streamed live on the NFHS Network, but will now have a pay wall that the consumer will need to pay for.
Prices - $11.99 per month or $79.99 for an annual subscription.
