Attendance Month

September is Attendance Awareness Month

The beginning of the school year is the best time to develop strong attendance habits! Students who attend school regularly are more likely to perform well in reading and math, develop strong social and emotional skills, and graduate from high school on time. Help prepare your child for future success. Visit FCPS’ Attendance web page for tips and strategies.

Join the PTO

Help the PTO to support our Cooper Community of students, teachers and staff, and parents!  We are especially looking forward to helping Mr. Taylor, our after school activities specialist, expand the after school program he began last year, as well as providing curriculum support, classroom technology, and teacher appreciation events throughout the school year.

To provide the most robust support we need YOU. Please consider joining the PTO if you haven’t already: $25/family, plus a suggested $125 donation per student.
