Dear Franklin MS Community Members,
Welcome back Franklin families! The year is off and running and on behalf of the Franklin Middle School Parent Teacher Association (PTA), I'd like to welcome all of our new and returning families and students back to school. I'd also like to take a few minutes to introduce you to the PTA.
What is the PTA?
The PTA is a group of parent volunteers who donate their time in a variety of ways to support the school and help to create community and educational connections with the school, teachers and parents. We too are working parents so we understand the time constraints and scheduling of busy families.
What does the PTA do?
The PTA works with the school and community to support events such as author visits, end of the year celebrations, student enrichment opportunities, community programs, and teacher appreciation events, etc.
How can I help? Do I have to volunteer my time?
The PTA is 100% volunteer run! We are always looking for people to help with events but in order to have those events, we need your financial support. Those finances come from our memberships (that's you and me). We have membership levels from $10-$100 and every little bit helps to fund those school and student activities. If you don't have time to volunteer, please consider becoming a member and making a financial contribution.

What other ways can I help?
We want to reach as many families as we can and help get them involved in school activities. The following is a Google form to find out what you'd like to see happen at FMS and how you can help, PTA INTEREST FORM.
