Good Morning -
We are very excited about the start of the 22-23 Fall Sports Season. To participate in a Fall Sport you must be in good academic standing and have completed a 2022 VHSL Physical and our online registration. Physical forms can be found here. The registration instructions are to the right of this text. Completed physicals can be brought to the Activities Office or emailed to Mr. Ponton(jvpoton@fcps.edu).
We have 6 Fall Sports at Mt Vernon HS. Try-out and practice times are listed below. We have also included Head Coach contact information in case you have any questions.
