Good morning Hawk Families,
We are excited to share that our new Assistant Principal is Mr. Seamus O’Connor. Mr. O’Connor is coming to HES from Falls Church City Public Schools where he is currently serving as the Director of Special Education Instruction. Here is a little bit about him:
Seamus O'Connor is a proud FCPS graduate, now in his 15th year as an educator. He has experience as a classroom special education teacher, school administrator, instructional specialist, and director of specialized instruction and behavior services. Mr. O'Connor loves cheering for the Nationals and coaching Little League. He does not like admitting that his 8-year-old can beat him at Wordle, but it is true. Mr. O'Connor likes to be called "Mr. OC" and is excited to learn the names of everyone in the Hawk NEST!
We look forward to welcoming Mr. O’Connor in the next couple of weeks and for him to meet all of our students and families.
