Scholastic Bowl
Members of the LB Scholastic Bowl team went 5-5 at the 2022 HS National Championship Tournament this past weekend, coming in 137th out of 272 teams from across the nation! Congratulations to Jack Bradecamp, Joshua Reiff, Delaney Hingst, Sadie Jacobs, Payton Stanhope, Layla Lumbard, Zohaib Faisal, & Sonia Singh. Check out team and individual results here.

Debate
Caleb Sharman and Sean Burdett represented the Bruins in Student Congress Debate and Lincoln Douglas at the NCFL Grand National Speech & Debate Tournament this weekend! Sean ended up in 28th place out of 179. This is the second highest finish at Nationals for a Bruin debater since 2012 when Katelyn Sheehan won the national championship. He was the only debater from VA to advance from the preliminary rounds to the elimination rounds in Lincoln Douglas Debate.

LB Crew had a outstanding second week at States with every boat making finals and sending the Jr 4 to the podium, earning a bid to SRAAs!

Lake Braddock Summer Sports Camps
Students entering grades 3 thru 12 for the 2022 - 2023 school year are invited to participate in the Bruins Sports Camp. Athletes of all ability levels are welcome in our camps. Athletes will be grouped by age and skill in their respective sports. We offer a balanced program of instruction in fundamentals and game competition. Our camp staff is comprised of Lake Braddock Secondary staff, alumni, and current players. Bruins Sports Camp Registration Form
