Field Day 2022 is June 1st

Hi parents and families!  We are so excited that Field Day is finally making a comeback this year!  So many of you have offered to help in one way or another and we are continually grateful; thank you so much!  On Field Day (the best day of the year) your student(s) will go around to various activity stations with their class competing in different events.  It’s mostly spent outdoors so it’s important that your student(s) dress appropriately for the weather.  Sneakers are recommended as a lot of stations are relay races, and/ or tag games.  Sunscreen and a hat are always a great idea to prevent tears at bedtime from harsh sunburns.  It’s important your student stays hydrated, so please bring a water bottle with their name on it.  There are water activity stations, where students can choose whether they would like to get wet or not.  A change of clothes is recommended to prevent soggy shorts and socks for the remainder of their day in school.  As a reminder, kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade will participate in Field Day from 9:20am- 12:20pm.  4th, 5th, and 6th grade will participate in Field Day from 1:00- 3:45pm.  Have any questions?  Feel free to reach out to us, Meaghn Mulcahy and Shannon Nolan at our emails: mmmulcahy@fcps.edu, spnolan@fcps.edu

Last Chance Lost & Found

Our Lost and Found is OVERFLOWING!  We have coats, sweaters, shirts, lunch boxes, water bottles, shoes, jewelry, glasses, books and other miscellaneous items.  Please claim these items before the last day of school.  All unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
