   Positivity Project:

Leadership

.

What is Leadership?

You value each member of your group and inspire people to do their best.  Leadership is about getting others to do what needs to be done while maintaining group morale to ensure readiness to act in the future.

Why is Leadership important?

Leaders can create a vision, communicate the vision, develop strategies to achieve it and lead others with similar goals towards attaining the vision.  Through their words and actions, leaders develop an inspirational relationship with their followers. They fill others with the spirit to think beyond the obvious and persevere.
