We have a slight uptick in positive Covid cases in our school and wanted to remind parents to please monitor their children and to not send them to school if they have any of the following Covid-like symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
Please keep children home if they are sick. If you have questions or concerns, contact your child’s doctor.

Rising Kindergarten Orientation
Do you have a child at home who will be five by September 30, and you missed the Keene Mill Elementary in-person orientation? Keene Mill will host a virtual orientation on Tuesday, May 10, 6:30 – 7:30 pm.

Fun & Fitness
Monday, May 9 (K-3) and Wednesday, May 11 (4-6) will be the final meeting of the after school Fun and Fitness Club. Mrs. Ashurst and Mrs. Yost would like to thank all who participated in the program and hope that everyone had as much fun participating as we did leading.

Sixth Grade vs. Staff Volleyball Game
On Friday, May 20, Keene Mill will have its annual sixth grade vs. staff volleyball game. The evening will be outside on the back field and include food trucks and Kona Ice. Save the date on your calendar to join the fun!
