We want to Celebrate with YOU at Herndon Elementary School TOMORROW, Sunday, April 24 from 1:00-3:00 pm
Bring your families to our BIG 60th Anniversary Party! All are welcome!

A HUGE shout out to our award winning Herndon ES PTA and community sponsors: Friday Night Live! LeAnne & Company, and Bach to Rock! Their generosity is going to make this event spectacular!
- There will be a DJ and mini music lessons from Bach to Rock, pizza slices and bottles of water for only $1 each (cash only), 60 years of Bee Hive history in pictures, and much more.
- Weather is looking quite warm! We will have the Hershey's Ice Cream truck on site from 1:30-2:30. The menu includes cups and cones, sundaes, banana splits and Italian ice! Prices range from $6-$10 and credit cards will be accepted at the truck!
- Around 2pm there will be a presentation opening the new Herndon Elementary outdoor learning space designed by Mr. Moseley! The PTA will present their contribution to the new enclosed playground space, and we'll hear from FCPS Superintendent Dr. Scott Brabrand who was a Herndon High teacher many years ago!
It wouldn't be a party without cupcakes! Free cupcakes will be distributed following the presentations.

- Habrá un DJ y mini lecciones de música desde Bach hasta Rock, rebanadas de pizza y botellas de agua por solo $ 1 cada una (solo en efectivo), 60 años de historia de Bee Hive en imágenes y mucho más.
- ¡El clima se ve bastante cálido! Tendremos el camión de helados Hershey's en el lugar de 1:30 a 2:30. ¡El menú incluye tazas y conos, sundaes, banana splits y hielo italiano! ¡Los precios oscilan entre $ 6 y $ 10 y se aceptarán tarjetas de crédito en el camión!
- ¡Alrededor de las 2:00 p. m. habrá una presentación que inaugurará el nuevo espacio de aprendizaje al aire libre de Herndon Elementary diseñado por el Sr. Moseley! ¡La PTA presentará su contribución al nuevo espacio cerrado del patio de recreo y escucharemos al superintendente de FCPS, el Dr. Scott Brabrand, quien fue maestro de Herndon High hace muchos años!
- ¡No sería una fiesta sin cupcakes! Se distribuirán CUPCAKES GRATIS después de las presentaciones.
