 It was such a busy and fun week at SEES! On Tuesday, we had a breakfast for our military children (see above). On Wednesday, our Run Club celebrated their final run. Thursday brought the 1st Annual Cardboard Challenge. Yoga and biking skills class started this week as well.

Bus Delay Resources
When an FCPS school bus is delayed for between 10 and 30 minutes, a notification is posted online. For delays longer than 30 minutes, an E-notify message is sent out by Transportation to families. Parents/guardians are also encouraged to use the Here Comes the Bus app to track their student's bus.
Kindness Spirit Week:
- Monday (4/25): Hats off to our school heroes - teachers, office staff, custodians, cafeteria workers, and administrators! Students wear a hat as a symbol of thanks.
- Tuesday (4/26): Let kindness shine! Wear sparkles, bright colors, and/or sequins.
- Wednesday (4/27): Being kind is no sweat! Wear workout clothes.
- Thursday (4/28): Kindness is my super power! Wear superhero clothes.
- Friday (4/29): Double the kindness!. Twin up with a classmate or staff member.
Beautification Day Volunteers Needed
Do you like to garden! We could use your help! The SEES Beautification Day is Saturday, May 21 at SEES from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and we will need volunteers! We will be working on our outdoor garden areas by weeding mulching and planting. If you're interested in helping, please email Megan Brooks at mjbrooks@fcps.edu.
Furniture Assembly Volunteers Needed
We have received a number of standing desks that need to be put together. If you have time to build even one of them, please contact Megan Brooks at mjbrooks@fcps.edu.

Officer Candidates Urgently Needed for PTA! We are looking for candidates for officer positions for the PTA Board for the 2022-2023 school year.
