Tickets for the Cooper/Longfellow Game are being sold in ALL lunches. Tickets are $5 and will not be sold at the door. The game is at Mclean HS Thursday 4/21 6PM-8PM. Doors open at 5PM.

Third Quarter Report Cards
SIS ParentVue and SIS StudentVue Gradebook and Report Card Modules will be unavailable Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 4pm until Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 6 am. After April 16, 3rd Quarter Report cards will be visible in SIS StudentVue and ParentVue. A copy of your child’s report card was sent home today, Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
After School Program Survey
The Fairfax County After-School Program is requesting parents to complete a fast survey as an important component of the after-school program evaluation and critical for future funding.
Responses allow us to assess the impact of the after-school program and help drive program improvement and quality.
All survey responses are due by April 22, 2022.

Join us as we explore the growing problem of microplastic pollution in the marine environment with guest speaker Meredith Evans Seeley who will share her insights and research on this topic, what's being done about it and how we can play a role. Meredith will also share what inspired her to pursue this career pathway. The session will include Q & A.

Online Tutoring Service Now Available
FCPS students have unlimited access to online tutoring support services through Tutor.com at no cost to families. Student participation is optional, and parents/guardians can opt their student(s) out of accessing the services. Detailed information and FAQs are available on the Tutor.com Online Tutoring Services website.
Students are able to access Tutor.com via a link in Schoology. Additional information about how to log in and access a tutor is provided to families via the following instructional videos:

Pine Springs Book Drive
The SCA is sponsoring a book drive for Pine Springs Elementary.
The collection period will be April 11th-29th, donations can be brought to the front office. Donated books count for service hours.

Relevant to parents of toddlers as well as of twentysomethings, How to Raise an Adult is a rallying cry for those who wish to ensure that the next generation can take charge of their own lives with competence and confidence.
