Third Quarter Report Cards

Third quarter report card grades will be available to view on Parent Vue on Saturday, April 16th. Third quarter report cards will also be printed and distributed to students next week.

On Thursday, 7th graders had the opportunity to attend an optional assembly in the auditorium featuring our guest speaker, Louise Lawrence Israels, who survived the Holocaust. Our guest shared her life story via Zoom as students made connections to their lessons from History classes. Over 300 students participated. HMS students demonstrated maturity and respect for our guest during her time with us. We are grateful that Mrs. Lawrence-Israels was able to share and teach us about her experiences.

StellarXplorers Camp –

Are you interested in being one of the next generation space professionals who will travel to Mars and beyond? Or maybe you would like to be one of the engineers who designs the missions? Then this camp is for you! During the StellarXplorers Camp, you will work in teams with other like-minded students to explore the exciting world of space. You will use the Systems Toolkit (STK), a space systems simulation software used by real space professionals, to learn how to analyze and select satellite orbits along with deciding what components to place on the satellite. Brag to your classmates that you are now a rocket scientist!
