Dear Haycock Families,
April is the month of the Military Child. Please see the information in this flyer that explains April 21 which is Purple Up day. We will honor Military children throughout the month of April. We also express our gratitude for their parents' service to our country and the many sacrifices this entails for military families.
Although next school year is still months away, we are already working on our planning for next year. We ask that if your child is NOT returning to Haycock next year that you complete this form for us as soon as possible.
Join us in welcoming Mariah Vaughn, our new School Health Aide, working in the Clinic/Health Room.
Please see this spring newsletter with AAP information. If you have questions, contact Loren Brower at lsbrower@fcps.edu
We had a wonderful Kindergarten Orientation yesterday. It was so exciting to meet our newest Haycock Cougars and their families. We loved welcoming the class of 2035 to Haycock!
All students also enjoyed a virtual visit from Duncan Tonatiuh for yesterday's author visit and read in day. Our students had wonderful questions for Mr. Tonatiuh.
We wish you and your family a relaxing and enjoyable Spring Break.
With appreciation for your partnership,
Dr. Liz Beaty, Principal embeaty@fcps.edu
Heather Boyd, Assistant Principal haboyd@fcps.edu
