Boys and Girls Spring Break Basketball Camp:

Required Paperwork to participate in VHSL Sports:

VHSL Physical:   VHSL Pre-Participation Exam Form  Students must have a completed physical exam prior to participating in high school sports.  The exam must be completed by a MD, DO, NP or PA on the current VHSL form.  The form must be completed by the physician after May 1, 2021, to be valid for the 2021-2022 school year. This is a new revised form from January 2021, and this is the only version that will be accepted

This year FCPS activities and athletic programs transitioned to a new online student registration system.  This new system offers a host of benefits for schools and community members including:

One stop shop for registering your student for athletic programs and many common activities occurring throughout the school year

Electronic submission of the emergency care card and weight room waiver- only have to fill these out once!

A new home for the state-mandated concussion education program

Each family will create an account and from this account, can register their student(s) for various activity and athletic opportunities.

Class of 2022 All Night Grad Party (ANGP) Countdown:

All Night Grad Party (ANGP) celebration is a FCPS sanctioned, Hayfield SS PTSA sponsored event held for graduating seniors. The purpose of this party is to provide a safe and alcohol-free celebration for our students. The ANGP event takes place on graduation night June 2022.

How can you HELP?

  1. Fundraising- All funds raised go toward the safe/alcohol-free event for the CLASS of 2022.  Be sure to share these items with your family and friends:  

Craft Fair & Silent Auction. Saturday, March 19th from 9am-3pm at Hayfield Secondary School.  Indoor Craft Fair with over 60 vendors so far. We are also hosting a HUGE Silent Auction.  For more information contact hayfieldcraftfair@gmail.com.

New NCAA Guide for Student Athletes Now Available (HS)

The NCAA has published their 2021-22 edition of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Guide for the College-Bound Student-Athlete. The guide offers information about understanding the NCAA, NCAA Eligibility Center registration, academic requirements, and how counselors can help.
