There are currently 2 winter coats in our lost and found that have been there for over a month. As we transition from winter to spring, you may not even notice that your child’s jacket is missing! If you think that your child may be missing a coat, please come down to the Lost and Found station located right outside of the school cafeteria next week. On Friday, March 11th, if the jackets are not claimed, they will be collected and donated.

Wangari Maathai (1940 – 2011) was a Kenyan environmental activist. She founded the Green Belt Movement wanting to promote environmental conservation in Kenya and Africa. She became the first African woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 2004 for efforts to promote sustainable development. |

We are excited to bring back our annual Family Fun Night event to celebrate the end of the school year! This year's Family Fun Night will take place on Friday, June 3rd from 5:30-8:00 PM. More information will be fanned out to families with children at both McNair ES and MUES in the coming months. We hope your family can join us! |
