Two-Hour Early Release on March 3 at 2:05 pm, NO SCHOOL for students on March 4
As a reminder, Herndon ES students will be released two hours early at 2:05pm on Thursday, March 3, and Friday, March 4, is a staff development day and a student holiday.
Kindergarten Orientation
Friday, March 4, 9-11 AM
We're excited to welcome our newest Herndon ES Bees for next year! A child may enter kindergarten for this coming school year if he or she turns five on or before September 30, 2022.
Please join us on Friday, March 4, 9-11 am for our Kindergarten Orientation and Registration! All parents and rising kindergartners are invited to attend this orientation to get ready for Kindergarten.

From the HES PTA and the Boosterthon team, "THANK YOU" for your generous donations for our fundraiser. We raised nearly $19,000 and our kids had a blast!!!

HES Spring Break PE and Art Camp Online Registration OPEN!
This 4-day long camp will offer a variety of different games and art activities for students in all grades. This camp is open to all Herndon ES students in grades K- 6. It will be taught by our PE teacher, Mr. Johnson, and Art teacher, Mr. Henry. Applications will only be accepted on a first come, first served basis for the first 50 students.
