Rising Kindergartners
Do you have a child who will be five years old on or before September 30, 2022? If so, your child is eligible for Kindergarten 2022-2023. Please register your child at this link, or contact our registrar, Doris Velez, at davelez@fcps.edu to begin the enrollment process.
If any of your neighbors have children who will be eligible for Kindergarten, please have them contact the school, as we are especially interested in reaching those Cub Run families who do not have children currently attending school.

Wellness Corner: Celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day
February 17th is national random acts of kindness day and there is no limit to how much kindness we can put out to the world. Practicing kindness towards others or even ourselves is so important and easy. Here are some small ways that we can practice kindness:
- write someone a kind note,
- offer a helping hand,
- ask someone how they are doing and be there to listen,
- give a compliment that you have put thought into.
These are just some simple practices you can do every day to put some kindness back into the world. Ask your Cubby what kindness practices they are doing/learning this week at school!
