 Hard to believe it is already February! Lemon Road had a fabulous week last week despite the rainy weather. We are looking forward to warmer temperatures and lots of learning this week. Rainy days increased use of kiss & ride, thank you for your patience getting through the line. As a reminder, students that arrive by car should go through the kiss & ride line. If a parent needs to come to the school, park in a parking spot and walk your child to door #1. Students may not be dropped off in the parking lot or along Idylwood Road.
Thank you to all our parents that joined the Principals’ Coffee on Friday! I was thrilled to introduce Ms. Angela Ulsh - our new Assistant Principal (photo above). Ms. Ulsh is the Advanced Academics Resource Teacher at Bull Run Elementary and is currently serving as Acting Assistant Principal there. We can’t wait for her to join us on Tuesday, February 22nd. Be sure to watch the recording to hear her introduction to our community. Also featured in the recording and slides is the work of the Lemon Road Clinical Team and information about the SEL Screener. Parents of students in grades 3 - 6 will be receiving their child’s report later this week.
