Happy Winter Spirit Week! Don’t forget to show your Annandale Spirit with Country vs. Country Club tomorow. We also have the Snowball Tournament on Thursday night at 7:00pm and the Bonfire from 5:30-7:00pm on Friday before our Winter Whiteout game vs. Jefferson.
In case you haven’t heard, fans are allowed back at all games, but must continue to wear a mask at all times. We have plenty of opportunities to cheer on your favorite teams starting with a varsity doubleheader vs. Justice on Monday. Girls play at 5:45 and guys tip-off at 7. Come out and show your support!

The Atoms Writing Center will be holding a workshop to help IB students write their Historical Investigation drafts. The workshop will be offered after school on Wednesday, January 26th in Room 274 and during PRIDE Time on February 3rd in the Lecture Hall. There is limited space during PRIDE Time, so if you're interested, try to attend after school on the 26th or fill out this google form to request a pass during PRIDE Time. Contact your history teacher or Mrs. Hanson at smhanson1@fcps.edu if you have any questions.

Updated Vaccination Policy
Annandale Athletic Families,
COVID-19 screening testing for students, including student-athletes, has started. We also know many student-athletes are currently in the middle of their two-dose cycle and additional time for testing to begin will allow those students to complete their vaccinations. Students are eligible to try out for their sport if they have received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Pre-register here for testing if your child is 14-15 years old and not vaccinated or if they are 16-18 years old and have a medical or religious exemption. If your child was vaccinated, please submit your card to the activities office.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends school-based testing to limit the spread of COVID-19 and to keep schools open safely.
