Dear Families,

Now that we are halfway through the year, we are starting to plan for 2022-2023.  I know…can you believe that?!?!?!  😊 If there is a child at home who will reach their fifth birthday on or before September 30, 2022, please start the enrollment process now by contacting Nalei Meness, student registrar, at 703-708-6002 or ntmeneses@fcps.edu.  If you have neighbors with children in that age range, please share Nalei’s contact information.

In March, Clearview students will participate in a program called Childhelp Speak Up Be Safe that teaches children about personal safety.  A trained facilitator will present two research-based, age-appropriate 40-minute sessions to each class.  A flyer will be coming home in Tuesday’s folder with more information and details about the sessions.  This is a voluntary program, and you can opt your child out of the sessions by having your student return the signed flyer.  If you have any questions, please contact Shayna Sargent, school social worker, at 703-708-6000 or sjsargent@fcps.edu.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or compliments you may have. If you have seen a Clearview staff member going above and beyond fill out an FCPS Cares here.

Have a WONDERFUL weekend!
