FCPS schools will be closed tomorrow, January 3, 2022, with no virtual learning.
The following activities in schools and on school grounds are canceled:
- appointments for in-person assessments and interventions
- extracurricular activities
- interscholastic contests
- team practices
- field trips
- middle school after-school programs
- professional learning and training courses
- Adult and Community Education (ACE) classes
- Adult High School and GED
- recreation programs and community use by outside groups not affiliated with FCPS
School age child care (SACC) centers are closed.
School Office and Central Office 12-month employees who can telework should telework or follow supervisor direction for reporting in-person. Liberal Leave in effect.
Testing site updates will be available on our website. Please check this web page before heading to a testing site. Updates/delays to testing sites will be made via this page and FCPS social media.
