On behalf of all of us at Edison High School, we wish your families a safe, healthy holiday season. We hope this two-week break gives our students a chance to relax and enjoy time with family and friends, and that you are able to rest and recuperate from a very long 2021!
Students and staff return to school on Monday, January 3, 2022.
Most of the staff is on holiday leave during this period, including all teachers and counselors.
Office staff are available from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM on the following days:

Student Services will be hosting a Parent University about course selection on Wednesday, January 5 at 6:30 PM in the auditorium. We will review graduation requirements, how to enter course requests into SIS, the course selection process, and a broad overview of the electives offered at Edison. We hope that you will be able to join us!
Edison Academy invites you to attend our in-person Open House event on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Our entrance is located at Door #13. You will have the opportunity to tour our state-of-the-art facilities, meet our instructors and current students, and learn more about our incredible courses! The Early Online College program at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) allows FCPS juniors or seniors the opportunity to take up to two tuition-free college courses this spring. Textbook and other course materials purchases may be required. Early Online College courses begin on February 1, 2022, and end on April 25, 2022.
Minimum qualifications apply. The deadline to submit a completed application is January 14, 2022. More information is available online.
