On behalf of the entire Silverbrook team, we wish you a joyous Thanksgiving holiday. Whether you are traveling or staying at home please remain safe as you enjoy time together. On a personal note both Mr. Thomason and I will remain local as we spend time with our individual families.
Teachers have been encouraged to activate their “Out of Office Reply” throughout the holiday break. It is important that they are free from being attached remotely. They are spending valuable time with their families. If you have a question or concern, please email your child’s teacher on Monday, November 29th.

FLE Virtual Parent Preview Night
Monday, November 29th at 6:30pm
Parents/guardians are invited to preview Family Life Education (FLE) instruction scheduled for the week of Dec 13-17 for students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. This virtual meeting will include a slide presentation with time for answering any questions you may have. The meeting link will be sent out on Monday morning.
Parents/guardians wishing to opt their child out of FLE instruction may return the competed opt-out form either in hardcopy or attached in email. Parents may also send an email stating the lesson(s) they are opting out of to their classroom teacher.

Picture Make-up Day is Coming!
Silverbrook Picture Make Up day will be the morning of Tuesday, November 30th. Make Up Day is for students new to Silverbrook since the original fall photo days, students that were absent on their fall photo day, or students that purchased a package and are returning the package for a re-take. Students that are returning packages for re-takes must bring the full contents of the package back to have their photo re-taken. Put your smiles on!
