Tomorrow - Friday, November 5th - is the deadline for two yearbook-related opportunities - the annual cover contest and the staff application.
This year’s cover-art competition is open to artists in all grade levels. An overall winner and grade-level winners will be selected. The overall winner’s work will appear full-size on the front cover of yearbook, which will be distributed at the end of the year. Grade-level winners’ works will appear in a reduced size on the back cover. You can find complete rules and submission requirements on this flyer. Entries must be received in the school office by tomorrow. No late entries will be accepted.
The yearbook staff application is open to students in grades 4 through 6. More information, including expectations for student participation and behavior, can be found on this flyer. If your child is interested in joining the staff, please have him/her fill out this Google form. The application form will close at 7 p.m. on Friday. Students will be notified about acceptance next week.
