Storybook Character Day a favorite Parklawn event every October. Although we won’t have our parade this year, Friday, October 29 will be a special Parklawn spirit day! Staff and Students may dress up as their favorite storybook characters and share their favorite book. We will be sure to capture photos of classes to share on Twitter, Facebook, and other ways throughout the day. Thank you for remembering costumes must be from a storybook, and masks or toy weapons are not permitted. |
Students in grades K-5 participate in Family Life Education (FLE) instruction through their classroom teacher. You are invited to attend an evening opportunity to preview the Family Life Education media and lessons and to talk with school staff about the program. The meeting will be held virtually on November 3rd at 6:30 via Zoom. All program materials and media for all grade levels are currently available for your review through Schoology. A zoom link will be shared closer to the date.
