Dear Coates Families,
As always, we have some important announcements. The most important is our farewell and congratulations to an awesome staff member. Mrs. Fran Peckham, administrative assistant, will have her final day at Coates on November 1st. She will then begin her new position as finance technician at Stone MS. We congratulate her on her promotion, but we are very sad to say goodbye. Many of you have been helped by Mrs. Peckham over the last 11 years. She started as an instructional assistant in Kindergarten before moving to the front office, and she has added value to every team she has been on. Congratulations, Mrs. Peckham!

The Coates PTA is excited to host a Fall Fun event.
When: Thursday - October 28th at 6:00pm
Where: Coates Front Bus Loop
- Kids can dress in character costumes.
- They will have music, pre-packaged candy, snacks, and glow sticks.
- There will be sidewalk chalk for the kids to draw on the sidewalks.
- There will be games such as bean bag toss, glow tic-tac-toe, and ring toss.

Parent/Guardians can acknowledge receipt of the SR&R by printing, and signing this Parent Signature Sheet and return it to your child’s teacher. Or, parents can e-sign through ParentVue.
Signed agreements of the Students Rights and Responsibilities is due to the school by October 29, 2021.
