We hope everyone has enjoyed the first week of school. Student safety is our number one priority and we ask for your cooperation and patience as we fine tune our dismissal procedures. We are making adjustments to our kiss-n-ride procedures to help keep everyone safe and to expedite the process.
If your child uses Kiss & Ride for Dismissal…

Effective immediately, all vehicles entering for Kiss-n-Ride will only be allowed to turn RIGHT into the Oak Hill parking lot. This will allow for a smooth traffic flow on Kinross Circle and will not block the buses from getting into the bus loop.
- Please do NOT make a U-Turn while on Kinross Circle in front of the school. You may use the pool parking lot to make a turn and get in the Kiss N Ride line.
- Please do NOT block the bus entrance and exit.
- Staff will only release students to their cars when your car is close to the grass area. Move your car up as far as possible to the pick-up area.
- Move forward as the staff directs you.
- In the morning for drop off, please have your child prepared with all belongings and ready to get out of the car.
- If your child is in a carseat, if possible, please have the seat on the left side of the car (behind the driver) so your child can climb out of the carseat and exit on the right passenger side of the car and our staff can assist more readily.
- Please do NOT pass other cars in the Kiss and Ride line unless directed to do so by Oak Hill staff.
THERE WILL BE NO LEFT TURN ACCESS FOR KISS-N-RIDE PICK UP.

If your child is a walker…
- All walkers are to use the sidewalk for arrival and dismissal.
- Students coming to and from West of Kinross Circle are not to cross the Kiss and Ride entrance; instead, they will use the sidewalk around the Kiss and Ride to walk safely to and from school.
- All students must use the crosswalk to cross Kinross Circle. There are two crosswalks on Kinross Circle. Please see the picture below.

** Please be advised that the field will be closed due to construction and students will no longer be able to cut through the field. All walkers will be asked to use the sidewalks to go to and from school. We will continue to communicate with you about the field closure as we get closer to the construction start date.
