Band and Strings Opportunity

Dear 4th, 5th, and 6th grade families,

Welcome back to school!  We would like to invite all of you to join the musical fun of playing an instrument in the Lake Anne Band or Orchestra. Band and strings will become one of your music classes for the entire school year during the specials time each week. If you have any questions regarding which instrument to choose or if your family needs assistance in acquiring an instrument please indicate this on your form and/or email us. We would like enrollment forms returned by Tuesday, August 31st. Enrollment forms are to be completed on the google form at: https://forms.gle/4spHtPZq3CRWWYXR7 or scan the QR Code below.

Safety is very important as well as having fun learning music. If you want to play an instrument and are concerned about germs we want to assure you safety comes first.  We will keep the rooms clean, there will be no instrument sharing, and proper masks will be worn at all times indoors. Wind players will be provided with an instrument face mask as well as a bell cover. If you would like to just wear your normal face mask then sign up for a stringed instrument, or percussion. Hope to see many of you join the fun of playing a musical instrument.

Musically yours,

Deni Cunningham                      Ellen Ellis                   Mr. De La Cruz
