Foundation Awards $96,000 in Grant Funds for 2021-2022 School Year.
One of the most impactful programs of the Foundation for FCPS is the innovative teacher grants that bring creativity and engagement into the classroom.
For the 2021-2022 school year, the Foundation has awarded $96,000 in grant awards to support 73 educators in three areas: continuity of learning, building or recovery of math and literacy skills, or social-emotional learning. Congratulations to our winners!

"Collect for Kids" is going strong!
FCPS students in need will "Return Strong" in the fall with fresh school supplies, thanks to the Collect for Kids campaign. Donated funds will purchase pre-made, grade-level appropriate school supply kits for students. A contribution of $50 will provide 5 FCPS students with supplies to help them succeed in school.

The Foundation for FCPS works in partnership with the entire FCPS system and our community to create pathways to long-term success for students. Your monetary donation will help the Foundation fund these programs and more:
- Gap needs for disadvantaged students, e.g. backpacks, supplies, gift cards
- Enhanced learning opportunities for students via teacher grants
- Retention and recognition of stellar educators
