Dear Quander Road Family-
It is with extremely mixed emotions that I share this news with you. Quander Road’s own Adrian Williams is leaving the nest. Adrian was offered a position at Mt. Vernon as the assistant principal overseeing special education. Mrs. Williams has served many roles at Quander Road, beginning her journey here as a school counselor and working to earn Quander Road its inaugural RAMP certification. In her tenure as a counselor, Mrs. Williams was named Outstanding School Counselor for Fairfax County Schools. She then transitioned into the role of Assistant principal and continued to positively impact students, staff and families. Mrs. Williams has demonstrated, time and again, that she is destined for big things. And while we will miss her presence in the building, I would be remiss if I didn’t say how proud of her we all are. Adrian moves into her new role on July 14st.
