We are excited to announce that GBE will be opening up a STEAM lab for next year!   STEAM education is an approach to learning that integrates science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math to help guide student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.

Next year, each student at GBE will get to experience the lab as part of our specials rotation.  Students will have the opportunity to create new ways to solve problems through Makerspace (building), coding, and robotics.  As we go on this new adventure, we may be asking families to donate or save some supplies from home to help us provide materials for our students!

Items you may start saving now: paper tubes, aluminum foil, straws, popsicle sticks, toothpicks.  As we get closer to the fall, we will provide more information as to where you may drop these items off at GBE.
