End of the Year Laptop Return

FCPS has mandated that all FCPS student laptops be collected NO LATER than June 11. The only exceptions are for students enrolled in a summer school program who need their laptop to participate.

IN-PERSON STUDENTS will return their laptops and chargers to the classroom on Wednesday, June 9. They may continue to use their laptops at school for the rest of the week, but they are not to go home after June 9.

VIRTUAL STUDENTS are asked to start returning laptops and chargers on Wednesday, June 9, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, when possible; however they are not required to turn in laptops until Friday, June 11 by 12:00 pm.  Teachers have been asked to avoid any essential instruction, activities or celebrations after 12:00 pm.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, please complete this ICES Student Laptop Return Form for EACH virtual learning student in your family. Staff members will be ready outside the front doors of the school to receive your laptop. Remember to bring your charger!

Please direct any questions you have about the laptop return process to your child’s classroom teacher, including inquiries about financial replacement for missing laptops or chargers.

Medication Pick-up from School Health Room

The school health room is reminding parents and guardians that all medication stored in the health room must be picked up no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, June 11, 2021. Medication left in the health room after that time will be discarded. It is school policy that medications must be picked up by the parent or guardian. Medication cannot be sent home with your student.

Kindergarten/New Student Registration is Open

Parents of Kindergarteners and New Students should complete the New Student Registration intake form. Your information will be submitted to our school Student Information Assistant, Theresa Painter, who will be able to assist you with the registration process.
