All Students to Be Virtual on June 8 Due to Primary Election

Tuesday, June 8, is the Democratic Primary Election. Because the Fairfax County Electoral Board and City of Fairfax Electoral Board will be using 165 school facilities as polling locations, June 8 will be a virtual synchronous  learning day (no in-person classes) for students.


June 11- Early Release

Dismissal will take place at 2:15 p.m. on the last day of school.  


Student Medication Pickup Information

  • PARENTS ONLY must pick-up all medications no later than 2 p.m. on June 11th.
  • Medications may also be picked up prior to June 11th during health room hours: 9:30-4:30 T-F and 9:30-1 on 6/8
  • Medication left in the Health Room after 2:00 p.m. on June 11th cannot be saved and will be discarded according to FCPS and FCHD policy.
  • REMINDER: New medication authorization forms are required for each new school year. Forms can be found at: https://www.fcps.edu/registration/forms

Laptop Return

Virtual  students  may return laptops and chargers on Monday, June 14 from 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. or Tuesday, June 15, from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  Please use door 2.

In-person students  will retun their equipment  during the last week of school.

Students currently in 6th grade do not need to complete the form.
