Dear Shrevewood Community,
As many of you already know, Mrs. Owens, our assistant principal was recently married and has been looking to relocate near her husband who lives in Chesterfield. It is with great pleasure that I share with you that Mrs. Owens was announced this morning as the new principal of Winterpock Elementary School in Chesterfield county.
We are very proud of Mrs. Owens and we wish her the best of luck with this next step in her life. Mrs. Owens will be greatly missed in our school community. She started at Shrevewood as an instructional coach and was promoted to be our assistant principal for four years. Our next assistant principal will have big shoes to fill as Tylea has made a tremendous impact on our school community.
She will finish this school year with us and start her new position July 1. Please join us in congratulating Tylea on her new position!
