Class of 2021!
You made it! Congratulations! Remember your graduation is on Friday, May 28 at 4 pm. You are expected to come to rehearsal on Thursday, May 27 at 9 am. Virtual students and those who missed this week’s laptop turn in days must bring your laptop to rehearsal. You will not get your cap and gown until you turn in the laptop. You student accounts will no longer work after you graduate. If you wish to save anything from Google Drive, either download it then log into your personal Google account and upload it. You can always move the files to a jump drive, or USB drive as well.
Tuesday, June 08, 2021 is Election Day
The Fairfax County Electoral Board and City of Fairfax Electoral Board will be using 165 school facilities as polling locations. Cedar Lane will be used as a polling location. June 8th will be a virtual synchronous learning day for students

Virtual Talent Show
If you are looking for some entertainment, then look no further! The 2021 Cedar Lane Music Talent Show is complete and ready for you to view. Feel free to share this with your Panther Time student. This year’s performance is different than the ones we have had in the past but features some really cool submissions.
Throughout the year, students have been learning how to use technology and recording software to create music. They also learned how to use video editing software and made a music video for their songs!

Annual (Virtual) Operational Back2Fairfax
Senior and Junior attendees will have an opportunity to hear from current employees in various operational positions in IT and trade careers such as such as carpenters, roofers, electricians, and HVAC technicians. Attendees can visit exhibitor booths and attend breakout sessions on résumé essentials, preparing for an interview, supporting and repairing computer hardware, audio-visual equipment, and software applications in our schools and offices.
Current FCPS juniors, seniors, and recent FCPS graduates are welcome to join this event.
Date: Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
