Falls Church Academy Dates To Remember

  • May 21 - Last Day for all Academy Seniors
  • May 28 - Last Day of Academy Shuttles
  • May 31 - Memorial Day Holiday
  • June 3 - Asynchronous Day for Academy - FCHS Graduation
  • June 4 - Last Day for Academy students
  • June 11 - Last Day of School

Academy Textbook Return

We have begun collecting textbooks from Academy students who were issued books at the beginning of this school year.  If a student is in-person, they may return their book to their Academy teacher.  If a student is virtual they can drive to Door #1 at Falls Church High School and return their book to those at the front desk.  PLEASE make sure that the book returned has a post-it or removable paper on the book with the students name and student ID as it can't be recorded as returned if we don't know who the book is from.

Last Day Of Academy Shuttles

The last day for all non-Falls Church High School students to attend Academy in-person will be May 28.  Students will be logging in virtually the remaining two weeks of school.  Falls Church HS students can still attend in-person through the last day of school.

Falls Church Academy HOSA News!

Students who competed at the HOSA State Leadership Conference and placed in March, 2021 will have the opportunity to compete at the International Leadership Conference June 23-26, 2021.  Although this conference will be held virtually, it will provide the same opportunities for leadership skill development, networking and the chance to share their medical knowledge and skills with others as they compete in various events.

Those competing are:

  • Daniela Arboleda – Medical Assisting
  • Ayelen (pronounced Ashlyn) Soto-Arze – Medical Assisting
  • William Orr – Extemporaneous Writing

Falls Church Academy Course Registration for 2021-2022

Space Is Still Available

Although the registration deadline for 2021-2022 Falls Church Academy courses has passed, course registration is still being accepted for some classes without wait lists.  Contact your base school counselor to find out if Academy classes fit in your schedule.  We look forward to seeing you next year.
