Monday, May 31: Memorial Day Holiday – no school for staff or students

Tuesday, June 8: Virtual Synchronous Learning Day for All Students - no in-person classes due to voting. All students will be virtual.

Friday, June 11: Last Day of School – two-hour early release (students will be dismissed at 2:15 PM)
Student Placement at SEES for the 2021-22 School Year: As we work toward building classes for next year, we consider input from both staff and parents. If you would like to share information about the way your child learns or qualities in a teacher that you feel would help your student succeed, please complete this form by May 28, 2021. While we cannot honor requests for specific teachers, we do consider parents’ input about learning styles.
When completing the form, please follow these guidelines:
- Share the qualities of a teacher and classroom environment that would best meet your child’s needs.
- Let us know if you feel that your child should be separated from another student. We will take that request into consideration. Please remember that best friends do not necessarily belong in the same instructional group.
- PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A TEACHER BY NAME OR GENDER.
Please note: Because of enrollment changes over the summer, class assignments will not be finalized until mid-August.

Seeking a PTA Treasurer: We urgently need to fill the position of PTA Treasurer for the 2021-22 school year. Our current treasurer has committed to assisting in all areas (our bylaws restrict her from holding this position beyond the two years that she already has). SEES Spirit Wear: The SEES PTA has SEES spirit wear available! Show your school pride and remember the 2020-21 School year by purchasing and supporting our school! T-shirts designs include “Springfield Estates Eagles – Virtually Awesome” and more! All items will be shipped to the PTA and sorted for pick up.
