Thank you to everyone who has completed this task or reached out for support. If you not yet please help us prep for the upcoming Spring SOLs by having your students follow these steps to ensure the laptop is ready and has received all needed updates.

Follow these steps if you are unable to follow the directions above to resolve the most common issues.
- If you are unable to access settings FCPS has put out an update to address access to settings. It will require you to take your laptop to Frost parking lot or any FCPS site at any time and connect to the FCPS network for a few minutes and then restart the computer. After you login again, you should see a new background with the One Frost logo and this means you have received the update and will have access to all the settings, etc. It may require up to 3 restarts for all updates to be applied.
- If you don’t see TestNav in the Software Center restart your computer up to 5 times. If it still doesn’t appear, bring the computer to the Frost parking lot or any FCPS site at any time and connect to the FCPS network for a few minutes and then restart the computer. After you login again, you should see a new background with the One Frost logo and this means you have received the update and will have access to all the settings, etc. It may require up to 3 restarts for all updates to be applied.
Student Support Opportunities
The tech team will be available this week during Falcon Focus to meet with students with this process in room 415. Virtual students are welcome to meet someone in the front lobby for support during this time as well.
