Tuesday 27th, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm / 250 doses

From Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th, 9:00am – 3:30 pm / 150 doses

No Walk-ins (Pre-registration Required)

Dose Type:  Moderna 

Vaccine Clinic Location:

Herndon Community Center

814 Ferndale Ave Herndon, VA 20170

Target Population: All individuals who are 18 or older.

You must register over the phone by calling:

  • All Languages: 703-704-6021 (8am-4:30pm)
  • English, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Punjabi, Bangali, Turkish, Hindi,& Amharic: ExpressCare : (703)-471-1891 (9am- 9pm)
  • Spanish and English: Herndon Neighborhood Resource Center at (703)-435-6830 (9am – 9pm)
  • Transportation is available via FASTRAN if you don’t have a ride. Register at the same time as vaccine.
  • Must be a Fairfax County Resident
